- 1st stage: Naturns/Naturno – Sarnthein/Sarention paese
- 2nd stage: Sarnthein/Sarentino paese – Brixen/Bressanone
- 3rd stage: Brixen/Bressanone – Bruneck/Brunico

After the start in Naturns we will ride on asphalt, gravel roads and trails to the Partscheilberg. The first part is ideal to get used to the eMTB and for a small warm-up. This is followed by a descent via Pirchberg. In the valley we continue on the cycle path to Meran. In Meran a South Tyrol welcome surprise is waiting for you. From Meran we will shuttle the bikes and participants to Meran 2000. After the arrival on the upper station we continue with an uphill to the Meraner Hütte. On a gravel road we will ride via the Kreuz Joch to the famous “Stoanernen Mandln” ( little stone men). The course continues on 1900 – 2000 m high-alpine terrain with fantastic views. After some up and downhills stretches we finish with a descent from the the Stoanernen Mandln to Sarnthein.

This part is quite technical and is the key section of this stage. After the Latzfonser Kreuz a steap downhill will lead us to the Kühbergalm. From there we continue on single trails and the expected views of the Dolomites are absolutely breath-taking. From here the downhill to the Eisacktal begins.
